Practical Support – The foundation of any good support is consistency and accountability – without this projects will fail and you will become disheartened. Which is why we provide you with a monthly meeting, where we will give you support, advice and hold you accountable for your Marketing actions. You also contact us via phone and email throughout the rest of the month. All of our support is delivered in plain English – we don’t use fancy words or elaborate business tools to make ourselves look good.

Training – Marketing your business is not a black art; wherever possible we will work with you to give you the Marketing skills you need, so that you understand what is going on or can do the work yourself.

Realistic Planning – The first step in developing a successful Marketing plan is to understand you and your business. Simon will then development a realistic one page Marketing plan, that you can refer to on a day to day basis to help your business achieve its objectives.

Project Delivery – Many business owners don’t have the time or skills to do projects for themselves, in this case we can do it for you! Typically we have helped clients to deliver everything from new websites and brochures through to e-mail campaigns and branding exercises.

Payment Options – On top of all of this, we understand that many small businesses need to carefully manage their cash flow, so instead of hitting you with a large invoice, we will spread the cost of both the support and projects (where possible) over 12 months and we will let you know about any grants available. All of this helps to ensure that the little things don’t get in the way of you marketing your business to its full potential.
